In the third quarter of 2025, the top health and fitness applications in the United Kingdom showed varied performance across downloads, revenue, and active user metrics. This analysis, sourced from Sensor Tower, highlights the trends for each leading app.

AllTrails: Hike, Bike & Run experienced significant fluctuations in weekly revenue, peaking at around $215K in late August before declining to approximately $139K by the end of September. Weekly downloads reached their highest at 41.2K in late July, while active users peaked at 867K in mid-August.

For Strava: Run, Bike, Walk, revenue saw a notable spike to $854K in late July, with a subsequent decrease to $508K by the end of the quarter. Downloads started strong at 33.9K in early July but tapered off to 27.6K in late September. Active users remained relatively stable, peaking at over 4M in early September.

Yuka - Food & Cosmetic Scanner maintained consistent weekly revenue, ranging between $15K and $19K. Downloads were steady, with a high of 36.7K in early September. Active users showed a peak of 759K in early September, reflecting a stable user base.

Pure Fitness US had no revenue data to report but saw a rise in downloads, reaching 34.6K by early September. Active users increased to 941K in early September before settling at 908K by the end of the quarter.

Lastly, Flo Cycle & Period Tracker displayed a gradual increase in revenue, ending the quarter at $288K. Downloads saw a peak of 27K in mid-August, while active users remained strong at around 2.2M throughout the quarter.
